Media Matt

AlbertyInnovations.com was my original blog/website name that I had to come up with to promote my resume right when I graduated from college. It worked and landed me with a job at Stewart. Since then, I have been unable to come up with a domain name that was short, available and described more of what I did for a living.

Today I ran across the available domain name MediaMatt.com. It is short and somewhat easy to remember. Media refers to the term New Media, which for me means social media, interactive media, user experience, user interface, web design, programming and technology. These are all things that I have an interest in and write about.

In addition to the new domain name, I have decided to use preset themes (sometimes slightly modified) for my web design. This gives me increased flexibility in updating my design because I do not have to worry about any custom php, css or html that I may have written in WordPress. This was a problem with AlbertyInnovations.com.
